Roster Help

I am expanding my minor leagues to include the DSL (Dominican Summer League) and VSL (Venezuelan Summer League). However, when I click on "Fill team with fictional players" the AI will fill the teams with players from any nationality. I want the teams to only be filled with people from spanish countries (the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc.). I have even tried setting the foreign percentage in the league setup to 0 and the AI still fills the teams with players from any nationality.

My question finally is...does anyone know of a roster pack that I can download for these leagues?

I could be wrong but thats 1 aspect of the game that not possible,,,is it connected to your majors? if foreigner % is set to 0 its still putting players on there that r not from Dominican or Venezuela?

Yes, it is connected to my majors. And even though I have the foreigner % set to 0 it is still putting players on the teams that are not from Dominican or Venezuela.

Thank you Chicagofan76. Little did you know but you solved my problem. I disconnected the Dominican League from the majors and emptied the league rosters and refilled the rosters with fictional players and now all players in the league are from the D.R. I did the same thing with the Venezuelan League and all players are now from Venezuela.
