PTRBL openings

We have finished our second season in Pine Tar and Rosin and have a handful of openings. From the start, we recruited 24 owners and let them pick their teams. The remaining 6 teams were then contracted and we had an expansion draft of their players. We also restructured the leagues and divisions to be more geographically coordinated. In our first two years we've seen the Detroit Tigers and most recently the Chicago White Sox win championships.
