OOTP12 Questions: Random injuries outside scope of injuries.txt

Many online leagues use edited 'injuries.txt' so they can control things like career ending injuries (CEI's) and/or average injury length. OOTP11 added a 'feature' that randomly added injury length to injuries (including CEI's), completely ignoring the leagues 'injuries.txt' file. The effect of this feature was to take control of this process out of the hands of the user.

So what are the chances that OOTP12 injuries that take place beyond the scope of the 'injuries.txt' file can be turned off in league settings?

Yes, I am with my good friend here. Online league must have the ability to turn this off.
