Draft Question Help v2.0

Basically the same question I posed earlier except i've tweaked a few things but am still not getting the results I need.

Im running a World Baseball League..24 teams.

I have amateur draft on. It's set for 20 rounds, with 150 players set to be created.

I have the foreigner % set to 95.

I have automatically import historical rookies on.

Here is what is happening. Every draft all I am getting is the imported historical rookies for that particular year. Other then a few players who are real who came from countries like Cuba, or Canada, I'm not getting any created players for any of the other countries.

Ok so I have some new info to add to the problem. I just ran another season but this time with the import historical rookies setting off and I ended up with a real draft with players from all the other countries in the league. Unfortunately however, now Im not able to use players like Mays, Mantle, Jackie Robinson etc.. and instead have fictional players that are created.

Does anybody have any idea of how I can make the draft work with creating all the players from the other countries while also using the historical players as well? I get the feeling that it's not going to happen and am pretty bummed about it.

Any suggestions?

someone might be able to add to this since i havent tried the way u r doing it since rigth after i bought 11 in july when i didnt know what i was doing....but u can only have 1 or the other...either real players or fictional not both......unless u find all the players that came in for wheichever yr and manually import them......also just thought of this...when u get the notification of the draft...i have mine set for 15 days....u should be able to go into draft pool and creatge as many fictional players that u want.(bottom right)

so
option 1. real players + add fictional players
#2 fictional players + manually add real players which would take forever.
