Draft questions and help

I am running what I call the World Baseball League. It is obviously comprised of teams from different nations. My problem is that I dont know how to set up the draft to create players to be drafted each year in the annual draft. I always end up having to create players at some point to replenish the teams whose players have retired and have no players being created in the draft.

My question is, is there a way to set the draft up at league creation in order to have players created each year for each team to be eligible for the draft or am I just going to have to keep creating new players every few years?

Do you have Amateur Draft selected? See the attached screenshot. Mine is grayed out because I'm midseason but you should have this checked. Go to League Options and choose Rules. You'll also be asked how many rounds, the draft date, etc. Then every year it'll create that number of new players for you.

like the post above do u have draft on?
also whats your foreigner pct set to? for a world league u r going to want it high maybe 75-90 %
also I tried this once before and gave up since i had to continue to create more then 100 players each yr for the obscure countries. eventually i stopped creating names and just changed american players to the country i needed them to go so each country had 5-10 new players each yr.
