Custom league

When I create a custom league, I change the team names and nicknames to my liking, but when I start a game and go into the team homepages they have the initials of the team they were before I changed their name.

IE - the game creates random names. I change Dallas to Waco, but when I start the game. Waco's abbreviation is stop DAL as well as their logo etc...

Anyone know why?

It's because you have to set the initials along with the city and team name (on the same screen). The game doesn't create initials.
