I am looking into the game and can i do this?

I want to know if OOTP can create a league. This league has some pretty specific requirements:

Have only 6 to 12 teams in it - Pretty sure it will do that.

Use Historical database of players - i know it does that

Here's the stuff??? when I go to draft. the pool of players is made up of all players from 1950 to today. All players are in the draft pool. ie when it comes time to draft the game would randomly select players some of which are from the 50's 60's, etc.

If it can do that... During the draft process, will it hide the names of the players so that I can not "cheat" and only pick the guys that "make it"?
