Major League Baseball Replay Owners needed

MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL REPLAY

It is time to relive history. I have welcomed the opportunity to start an online league that will replay the history of the game from its earliest origins to the present modern game.

I am looking for dedicated owners that will take over a franchise and will nurture it in hopes of growing something that is substantial, something that has your signature on it.

So the applications now are officially open. The league is the MLBR and I am the commissioner. Once you decide to take over a team it is all yours, no one can take it from you unless you quit yourself. I am looking for 8 dedicated owners to start things off in a league that I hope will begin sometime this week when the slots are filled. I will be using OOTP 11 and will follow the basic team layout from 1871 on, I realize this is a bit diffrent then real life but for all intents and purposes it will work out fine.

Here are the openings and the franchises they represent beyond 1871:

Baltimore Canaries (New York Yankees)
Boston Red Sotckings (Atlanta Braves)
Brooklyn Atlantics (LA Dodgers)
Chicago White Stockings (Chicago Cubs)
Cincinnati Reds (Cincinnati Reds)
Cleveland Forest Citys (Cleveland Indians)
Philadelphia Athletics (Oakland A's)
St. Louis Browns (Baltimore Orioles)

Obviously expansion will come soon enough and more owners will be needed. But now we seek the original pioneers of the game of baseball, are you up for it.
