Do it have an impact ?
I'm wondering this:
I have players (rookies) who are interested in a contract extension for 3 yrs at twice the minimum (standard 3 yrs min salary - 3 arbitration yrs) Why would I do a deal like that ? Does the players arbitration demands LOWERS if they've received MORE than the minimum for the first 3 years ? Thanks ! |

No it does not, there really is no reason to make a deal like that.
