RQT - Historical mgrs

Is there a way when creating a historical game to have the MGRS and Owners of that ERA?

Maybe not a big deal overall, but I hate using fictional ppl for my 2 historical leagues, and in CW's All Timers League if u turn coaches on theres 943 coaches plus the 5-6 per team I tried deleting every coach but I guess I had to do it 1 at a time and it became too much. I wanted to have say Al Lopez manage the Pale Hose and Tony LA Russa manage the White Sox.

And I dont know if this is a part of teh game already since I have manually added Minor leagues but to have the game do it would be better. granted u dont need much in teh eay of minors when bringing in historical rookies.

The plan is indeed to have real managers and maybe even real GMs when the data is available.

Although I like the idea some special coding may have to be done for player managers in the early years. You don't want a guy playing for one team and managing another.

I think the game should handle player managers anyways. I'd be excited about that feature.

I think there are some modders working on this. I can't say whether this would end up as a feature in the game or as a mod that can integrate with it, but I think we might see something on this front in the future. A lot of mods have ended up in OOTP, so maybe Markus will add this if it can be developed in time.

The data is available....

This would make a tremendous addition to the game. I can remember when Earl Weaver baseball had it.
