Rule 5 Draft crash

My game crashes every year at the Rule 5 draft. It only happens under this scenario though.

*note: I always play with the add on central stuff and only under the following scenario do I have this Rule 5 draft crash.

I start a new 2010 game (with the add ons to make everything "real MLB") I sim through the first season without becoming manager of any team. Then on the day the off season starts I create an expansion team. (2 actually but then I remove one of the teams.) I choose to be GM in commish mode of my new AL West team. Everything sims fine including free agency until the RULE 5 draft. Then it crahses to the desktop.

*I noticed that under Game Setup/Rules or whatever that the Rule 5 Draft option has become unavailable for me to either check or uncheck. Giving me no options!

Anyone have any idea's?

o.k. My game crashes at the rule 5 draft no matter what team I am. No one knows anything on this issue or had a problem with it?

OOTP has a pretty big knowledgebase with answers if this is a common issue, if not, they are usually pretty good with responses to help you fix it. Here's the link if you want to take a look.
