FoosballWizard Minors (Single A) Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 72	Player Development Report Stars NOT Equal to Roster Stars In my player development reports the amount of stars for current rating does not line up with the amount of stars the same scout gives on the other screens for the players' current ratings. What gives?!?! I am baffled!!!! EDIT: This phenomenon only seems to effect the pitchers in the player development report. All hitters are displaying their true current scouting ratings.
