Export Deadlines Days And Times: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 11pm EST or Sun/Wed/FRI by 11pm EST
League Time Per Sim: Reg Season 7 days. Playoffs Whenever Playoff teams have exported. Spring Training will be voted on by league. Offseason will be voted on by league.
First Season: 1980 with all settings set to 1980 and adjust automatically
Special Rules & Settings: Fictional League With Real Historical Rookies in the draft pool for the years in which they were drafted in real life. Scouting ON and coaching OFF. 1-10 Ratings. No Cap, Luxury Tax ON, Fixed Media Contract, 8 day Waivers. Rules 5 off. Career Ending Injuries will be allowed with exceptions of No more than 1 CEI per year per team. DH will go to Vote as will Interleague play. Playoff structure will also be voted on as well as injury settings. Draft pick trading WILL be allowed but, only the 1st 2 picks of the following season's draft. Each Team will have 5 minor league teams named after real minor league teams full with logo to add more depth to the realism I wish to add to a fictional league. I don't want a boring league with a bunch of stiffs, yet, i don't expect GM's to do TOO much. All participation is welcome. I expect forum participation. Exports and League Votes are MANDATORY. Once a GM has missed 10 exports in a single season, they will be removed from the league and replaced. Life happens but, 10 or more missed exports shouldn't happen. Remember, I do NOT want GM's who ONLY export. Active and Passionate GM's Only!

I will only take the role of the commissioner. I will not GM any team and will not be biased. I will however, ask for a president from each league. They're responsible for simming in any absence of mine and will serve as part of a 3 person trade review board, including myself to judge trades that appear to be one-sided. [U]

I have a logo guy that will be creating Square logos for each team to keep an overall uniformed theme for the league.. uniforms will be up to YOU to get made.

Please Look Above At Available Teams And Pick An Empty Slot and Pick A North American City and Nickname That Will Geographically Fit With The Division You Selected To Be In. If you want a St, Louis Or Chicago Team Don't Pick East, For Example.

it will be a league starting in 1980 but settings will be set to 2010 and adjust from there. League is filling up fast... I haven't updated the available teams list because the divisions are not set yet. As soon as I get 32 teams, I will arrange and post the division lineup. 12 spots left!

Looking for a sub league president who will serve as backup for Commish when I cannot run sims, other duties include taking part in a 3-man trade review board as well as casting votes with the other president and commish to break a tie. Lastly, someone who likes to do write-ups would be preferred and someone willing to do all of this without being a GM in the league.

Come on people, we need just 12 more GM's... then, we can get this thing rolling.

The Website and Forum are being worked on and will get facelifts within the next few days.

League and Team Logos are also being worked on.

As soon as all 32 teams have been filled, everyone will have a few days to vote on a few rules and settings like, playoff structure, interleague play, DH rule, etc... once those have been completed, we will start the inaugural draft. The draft will be 15 rounds then the rest will be autopicked. Then, it's play ball!

We really need more SOUTHERN teams to fill the SOUTH divisions. The North divisions are filled the are teams who could be in the north or east and there are other teams who could be in the north or west, We've got 10 spots to fill so (8 of which need to be a southern team), Please pick a city in the southern half of North America anwhere from Hawaii to L.A. to Houston to New Orleans to Miami. Don't forget MEXICO!

Yes. There are a few teams not even listed above. I just put the teams up there to get an idea of what the divisions might look like... until we have all 32 teams, the division lineups are not set in stone. mainly because of geography secondly, because the DH rule is going to be voted on. If there are enough GM's who don't want the DH rule, they will be placed in one subleague annd vise versa. However, I think both leagues will end up with the DH rule.
