All-in-ONE 2010 issues

I just moved from Xp to 64 bit Vista and now, when I install the All-In-One through Add-on Central, I cannot make a new 2010 league. The "loading teams" indicator stops at 20% and freezes the game. Any Ideas, besides getting another operating system?
