Hey
I noticed there was a sale during the world series.
Is it going on sale again? If not is there any way to get OOTP 11 for the $19.99 price

My guess is that you would just have to be patient and wait. Wait and see if OOTP has a Christmas or New Years sale. It does go on sale through the digital distributors from time to time too. I hear that sometimes it take a little while for the digital distributors to release patched versions, but since thee probably isn;t going to be any more patched perhaps that is irrelevent.
