How to start a league using multiple seasons?

How do you start a game using teams or players from different seasons? For example the I want to take the World Series Champs for the past 50 years and place them in a league?
How do they make the franchise All-Star teams?

There is a template on Padre Fans site for Cooperstown legends (which I cannot remember if this is the franchise all time greats or not - but i believe so)

As far as creating your own, You can simply import the teams you want from the game setup

I want to build a Universe with a league made up like this...
1910 AL
1930 AL
1950 AL
1970 AL
1980 AL
1990 AL
2010 AL

How do I get those leagues all into one leagure?
