Double switches problem

We just made the switch over to OOTP11 in my online league that sims games one week at a time.

The season just started this past week, and for whatever reason, my manager made 13 double switches in 6 games.

Right now, I have all of my starters checked off to not be pinch hit for.

None of my strategy or settings have changed since the crossover from OOTPX to OOTP11, yet, my manager seems to have lost his mind.

For example. Up by one heading into the ninth, the manager makes a double switch by putting my backup catcher in to play 3B. This never happened in OOTPX.

Basically, is there a setting I'm missing that's new to OOTP11 that stops managers from making so many double switches? As I said previously, I never had this problem in any other version of OOTP, yet, my manager seems to think we're still playing ST games.

I have my settings set to 'never' when it comes to pinch hit for position players... but clearly that doesn't control double switches. Is there a setting that does? If so, where can I find it?

I like OOTP11 a lot, but the double switches are driving me crazy.
