1 owner can't export
I have 1 owner that still can't export, he's reloaded the "accountsdata_gms.dat" file and reloaded OOTP11 a couple of times now.
The weird part was he was able to before patch 11.2.18 came out. Is there something else he needs to do? All other owner (25) have no issues. |

We just had the same problem in the LBA.
It doesn't exactly say step by step what happened so I'll link it for you to read rather than try to explain what I am not 100% sure about... but maybe if you and your owner read it you'll get on the right track with what to try for possible solutions. Link to thread where he finds solution

Have him try this:
In OOTP "on-league settings" change to "passive mode" If it's already set as passive, change to "active mode", then close, then immediately go back into "on-league settings", change it back to "passive mode", and the then close again. Then try exporting. I have one league (out of four) where I have to do this after every new game file is received. (And, no, using "default FTP mode" doesn't alleviate this.)

What happens when he tries to export?
What error does he get? Can he get new game files? Does he see the gms.dat file in the settings directory in his saved games folder.

When he installed the gms.dat file, did he then go down and verify the online key?

After you install the gm.dat file, you have to verify some online key. Have him go to Online Settings and then underneath where he uploaded the .dat file, it'll say "verify online key" or something to that effect. Have him click that button and see if it helps.

Could we ask what the problem was?
It might help someone else.
