The AMBL Historic was born out of the remnants of a modern day league called the AMBL. That league failed after 6 full seasons due to OOTP issues. After that a group of remaining GMs from that league agreed to continue in a smaller, historic based league that began play in 1961.

I'm looking to fill the Kansas City Athletics for 1966. We're almost to the all star break of the '66 season.

Before I had a chance to fill this team the GM returned to active status for a while. Now he's gone again and I've decided it's time for some new blood in Kansas City. The 1967 A's are open and available. Please see the above post for info on how to become a member of this great league.
