College and High School Feeder
I set up a fifty team High School Feeder League (50 Teams = 50 US States) along with a college feeder league that included every BCS School from the six BCS conferences. (About 60 schools) I set it to include only feeder league players, twenty rounds, generate zero players per round. When the draft rolls around I have 5701 players with HS, College, and Computer generated players. Why is this and how can I make it where only have about 1000 players?

hmmm
Did you accidentally set the league to be "feeder leagues + additional players"?
Did you set the number of draft rounds, and players generated, really high on accident? I noticed the 2010 MLB default game has an 80-round draft with 81 rounds worth of players generated, which is already too many players for me. There's a section in the manual that covers estimates of how many feeder team players will make it... the suggested number was 5-6 (used to calculate when you use only feeder leagues, but a good guideline as to how many players your feeder system will crank out). BTW, I like the way you set up your HS feeder league. |

I have "Feeder League Only" and twenty rounds. I have not updated to the newest version of OOTP 11. Is that possibly the reason why? Thanks, I really like it too, you don't get the realism of "real" high schools but I like that generally only 5-6 kids from each state make it!
