Banner Creation?

Hello everyone. I am in the beginning stages of creating an online league and I need some help with getting a banner created for the website. Does anyone know of a user friendly website where I can create a banner? Or, would someone be willing to create one for me? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
