Request on Dynamic Options

I have started at least 50 leagues of with two sub leagues with the same number of teams in each sub league and no DH in each sub league to test the options and following always happens. Sub League 1 gets the 1st expansion and Sub League 2 gets the DH 1st. It would be nice if everything is the same in both sub leagues that either league could have these happen.

Also it would be nice the be able to set the frequency that the different options happen. Example have the current frequency be the normal setting and have a high setting which will have the options happen twice as often and a low setting which makes each option happen half as often. It would also be nice if you could have each option be able to be set indiviually.

These options have greatly improved my enjoyment of OOTP and are a nice addition. Thanx Markus!!!!
