Good evening gentlemen. As most of you know, the MLNB has been undergoing changes due to our lack of team ownership. Well there is good news on the horizon.

We are still converting to OOTP 11 but we will be restarting the league using 2010 opening day rosters for each team. It is very important that you e-mail me by Saturday, June 26 at 8:00PM EST to let me know your intentions of staying with the league or leaving. If you are staying please list your top 5 teams in order of preference (see the GM Directory page located on the league website). On Sunday, we will announce what teams have been taken and let the new incoming owners pick from the teams we have left. A few other changes that you will notice:

1. I have taken the role as Co-Commish with Mike and will be in charge of doing most of the simming duties due to Mike's erratic schedule (although we should all be glad we have people like him in this world (ARMY).

2. We will be simming 4 days starting with the new league: Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri.

3. FA Compensation will be turned off an instead we will allow draft pick trading for the first 3 rounds only (more to come on this issue). We will be using OOTPU (to be setup) to do the drafting and we will only be drafting the 1st 3 rounds. The rest will be done by the CPU.

4. Coaches and Scouts will still be turned off

5. Rating scale will be adjusted for potential (2-8) and actual (1-10)

Other items will be addressed as needed. I would also like to encourage everyone to get access to AIM. It will make trading, and league events (live sims), much easier for everyone to enjoy.

If any of you have any ideas how we can make this new league the best, please don't hesitate to contact me ASAP. We are hoping to have the new league up and running soon, but also want to make sure everything is in place to ensure we don't have any more work stoppages (no more strikes!).

Any rough estimate as to the league schedule (posting the new/original league file, Spring Training, opening trades, etc.)? Not being pushy, just asking so I know how often to check in. I'm looking forward to the new league.

Actually, no. I'm not much of a trader as GM. But I did hear I'm in a division with someone (Uzi) who likes to be taken advantage of.
