Picture Question

I recently installed the photo file for most players in league. How do I update the guys without a real photo (they use the team logo instead of the fake picture) pics without having all the other real photos erased?

Not quite enough info in your OP, but here is some info:

In any league, the photos or pictures which show up for a player are stored in the saved games/[your saved game]/news/html/images folder. Photos and/or facegen pictures are supposed to get copied/created in that folder. But it doesn't always happen. Sometimes there is a discrepancy between the name of the photo and the name of the player (the match has to be exact). Anyway, I hope that gives you something to go on.

The photos stored in the saved games folders are showing up, what Im talkin about is the made up minor leaguers dont have the default OOTP picture. They all have their team logos. That bothers me for some reason.

One possibility is that the default_player_photo file is missing from the Images Folder. Another possibility is to check the setting for fictional facegen pictures in your Game Setup (though I don't think that's likely to be the problem).

Also, to make sure we have missed something: have you rebooted your game (or at least the league saved game) since adding the photos?

I also have this problem. It's amazing how much better this game is with player pictures.

The other problem I'm having ( after downloading an all in one mod ) is fictional leagues with all fictional players have no pictures at all. I turn on the option when creating the league..but no pictures are generated. In the league screen it says face generator didn't initialize? Not sure where to even start with this one.

At the risk of diagnosing with not a lot of info: I think that facegen initializing problems are almost always a sign that there is something broken in your copy of the game (the application itself mostly). Consider a re-install.
