Draft Signing Bonuses

Online league going through our first ammy draft in OOTP 11 and these bonuses are turned on. I'm wondering how these bonuses get recorded in your finances. Are they deducted from cash or just added to the current season's player expenses? Is it possible for the game to prevent you from signing a guy because you can't afford his bonus?

It comes out of the cash avail, and yes the owner will not allow you to go over your draft budget. A way around it is to add $$ to your total cash avail.
