cpu changing my staff

Im managing a minor league affiliate because i got fired and the cpu keeps making changes to my pitching staff. anybody else hav e this problem? Can it be fixed in the next patch?

In your manager options screen on the right side make sure you are in contol of depth charts/lineups/rotation. Otherwise, are they promoting/demoting players?

Personally I've never been able to enjoying managing a minor league affiliate because the AI enjoys promoting/demoting guys quite frequently. It could be better now, but past versions always made me stay away from it.

I tried to manage one of the minor teams and this bugged me a lot. It may be realisting (not sure tho) but I hated how after 2 games I had to make drastic adjustments again because AI from higher team changed half of my lineup

There doesn't seem to be any way around it. I would like to play the game by starting in the minors and working my way up but I am sick and tired of having to keep a spreadsheet handy to restore my lineup and pitching staff every time the GM makes a change. Sadly there are no settings for the bench coach because you don't have one in the minors. Yet somehow he's there every time there is a roster change. At least in version 11 I have a proper roster and not 15 catchers with 1 outfielder.

if you click on action you can have the bench coach fill out your lineup and depth charts as well as pitching staffs
