Quick Start installation help

Ok, I've read the instructions for ootp11 but cannot seem to install a quickstart file. The instructions say

unzip the folder into the data\quickstart_games directory on his or her computer

but I don't have that folder in my "data" folder.

What am I missing on how to do this? THanks.

nevermind - i found it. good old windows 7 went and put that folder in an unusual place.

Where did it put the folders? I cannot find it eiher...
