Preventing FA Dishonesty

Ok... does the latest patch (v4.2b) prevent dishonesty during Free Agent bidding?

I really like the way FA is set up in the game, but I am concerned about it working as it should in my on-line league. If the bids cannot be secured, then I want them to be open for all to see. The only way I know to do this is on the message boards.

Has anyone out there found what they consider the best way to handle FA bidding? I really don't want to manually enter in everyone's bids, nor do I want to check them once they are in the game.

Any ideas? I've got just over a week to find the answer.

From THIS I'm assuming all FA dishonesty is abolished.. but not sure... as I have not ran a FA draft with the new patch.

Not sure what I am reading addresses the specific loophole I am thinking of.
