I have never been able to set this up but am determined this time. I have followed Fidels video to the T but keep getting this error message. Everything opens up but the screen is compressed together. Any Advice?

You might want to start over with the instructions. It seems that the dbopen.php file is missing, placed in the wrong location or has permissions set that are blocking access.

I have now been able to get the OU working however I keep getting these messages now. With this in mind, everything looks right, but I am not able to prompt the Draft or AlssStar voting ect... Any advice?

At the top of the page:

You might want to send a PM to fhomess. Since he created the utils, he would best understand those errors.
