Custom schedules.
Hello there, I have some questions about schedules
I've found the sticky thread with a list of custom schedules available for download, and found one I'd like to use. I downloaded it, and have also found the folder in my documents/ootp where schedules go. My question is, when I'm creating a new league, how do I assign a specific schedule to it? When using a custom schedule, do I still have to set the number of games, starting date, etc, at the game creation window? Also, do the schedules in the sticky thread work with OOTP11? |

There are probably a few ways of doing it, but I usually:
1. Set up # of games, start date, in creation window (note, if your custom schedule has a coded start date built in, I'm not sure if you need to enter start date - I've never used one.) 2. Go to League Options (on bottom toolbar) 3. Edit League Schedule (left column) 4. From Schedule button (lower right) choose Clear Schedule. Hit OK. 5. Import From File... (find your schedule and load it.) You should see a window saying you were successful. I'm not sure what your schedule is like so there may be additional things (like All-Star Game) you might have to configure. And yes, most of the schedules should work with 11. Good luck!
