editing players

is it possible to edit certain players attribute and potentials? if so how?

Go to your Manager Options page and on the left side check the box that says Commissioner Mode. Then go to any player you want to edit and on his profile page you'll see a new tab appear up top called Editor. Go in there and edit to your heart's content.

I will suggest, before editing, to look around and learn what your league's equivelents are. If you want to edit a guy to be similar to x player, look at player x's ratings. You can really whack things by getting over zealous. Just my two cents of experience!
