International Leagues & Delete those who never reached Majors

Does the "Delete those who never reached Majors" affect players who make it to international leagues (Japan) but not MLB? I'd like to keep records for my Japanese league history too.

Workaround:

Look at the Strategy tab of your Japanese League. See where it says Sabermetric Player Creation Modifiers? Write those down. Then, change the league type to a major league, and go back to the strategy tab and put in the numbers you wrote down.
