I'm trying to simulate the first season of my OOTP8 league and I haven't even reached opening day but the message above is coming up on the screen. I click on OK and try to keep on simming and it comes up again. I click on Help and the message

Headline

Content... File name = help_22000000.tpl

comes up on the screen.

So, what do I do? Durham is a minor league team. Do I have to go to their team screen and release a player? If so, WHY is it that the AI has allowed a minor league team to have too many players? I don't remember this ever happening in version 6.5.

I just encountered the same issue. I am doing a historical replay. is the only way to fix this to create another manager, assign him to a Commissioner role and go in and fix this manually?
