Pitcher Not Appearing on Mound

In OOTP 9, the pitcher is not appearing on the mound but he is still there, I just cant see his information like everyone else on the field. Here is a screen shot, can anyone please help me?

His co-ordinates have him off the screen. Go to Manager options click on the box to be in commissioner mode then go;

Team home page
Options and ballparks
Edit Ballpark
Pictures and coordinates tab

Once there you can position the players as you like.
