Suspensions/If I am the Commisioner

If I am playing in Commisioner mode, shouldn't I be levelling suspensions, rather than the email coming up and telling me the commish's office has suspended someone?

I wish I had the ability to also fine and suspend my players if they do something I don't approve of, and for that matter, protest suspensions of players when I don't agree.

For that matter, the ability to interact with the players to any degree rather than just contract talk would also be nice.

IMO suspensions are a big stretch. We all know this is a fake person universe. Unless you have a detailed personality profile that lets you avoid weird personalities I feel that it is unfair for some random event getting your best player suspended. We all know that IRL the best players are also smart enough to stay away from trouble. OOTP can't do this right, so I always disable suspensions.
