Game ending injury

I had a game end on a double play where the LF caught a fly ball and then threw the runner out at home. Good thing right? Unfortunately my LF was injured on the play and instead of going to the boxscore, the game went to in-game substitution screen as it would on an in-game injury. When I try to add a player to the lineup (even the game is over but I'm trying to humour it), I cannot add a player, nor can I get back to the boxscore.

ANy ideas?
