Preventing Sim Stoppage

Hello all, forgive me for the newbie question.

How do I set up OOTP 10 so my sim does not get stopped for injuries, personal messages, etc... ? I'm playing in sort of an 'Owner Mode' where I make draft decisions, set up manager AI, but I don't want to worry about GM functions like roster adjustments or the DL.

Nevermind, I found the settings under Manager Options.
