End of 2009 Roster Set

Hey guys, I posted this on the wrong forum earlier. Sorry! I am wondering if there is a newer file available anywhere for OOTP X that is at the current state of the MLB (2009 Free Agent Period with Yankees last season Champs)? Is there something close? Cubby fan is a converted 2009 software. Is there anything newer? Thank you for your help!

Yeah... we've been asking for a while now but looks like we won't be getting it, at least not this year. SOrry man.
