This is a very active league, with sims everyday (file provided as well) this league will allow you to build the team you want relatively quickly in comparison with other leagues. The following teams are open:

Yankees
Blue Jays
Royals
Twins
Athletics
Phillies
Astros
Cubs
Rockies

It looks like you have to sign up for the forum before you can get a look at things in your league so hopefully you can provide some insight.....

1-10 or 1-100
trading draft picks?
any type of point system/betting scheme/writing articles
winterball
40 man rosters

Any information you can give regarding your league would be helpful.

Crittle, thanks for your questions. Here are some answers:

League Page - so you can get an idea of who is on the teams:
OOTP 6 Generated Website

*1-100 ratings system
*Trading draft picks is allowed, but only 1st round picks may be traded more than once
*The only points scheme is that everyone gets 30 points/year which can be applied toward restoring talent drops. However, to encourage activity I may take up some kind of participation-based incentive system.
*No winterball, but again may be part of a program to increase participation
*No 40 man rosters, no minor league free agency - but we do have a salary cap of $100m and a cash max that varies depending on team revenues. This is to flatten the salary structure, although it may just serve to discourage teams from being responsible with finances. I will look into it.

Kansas City
Chicago (N)
Colorado

INCENTIVES for new GMs who join up (including those who have already joined - Hoov and speeding66):

*Freebie Bonus - release one player with no penalty
*Cash Boost - $5m cash
*Create-a-spec - create one 4.5* spec for your farm system. Anything goes.
