The WWBL is entering its 15th season with Human GM's

We decided to wait to upgrade to OOTP XI so we are still running OOTP 9 and have several good teams open

The open teams are:

Baton Rouge
Ithaca
Little Rock
Long Island
Phenix City
Quebec
San Jose
spokane
