Unable to patch to 10.4.31
I am getting an Installation Error message when I attempt to patch to 10.4.31. It says the following:
Failed to write file to disk. To use the system folders you must have admin rights, otherwise please select a folder you do have write access on. Would you like to continue or stop while you resolve the problem? Please, someone, tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any assistance provided. |

Please make sure that the exisiting files are not write-protected or in use.
Especially the ootp10.exe file. Also try the full setup. It will not overwrite your saved games. Last edited by Andreas Raht; 11-05-2009 at 08:29 AM. |

I just had to run everything as administrator, I think, is what it was.
