Edit Human Manager - Game Shuts Down

I'm a league commissioner and when I try to add a new human manager and select a team, the game shuts down. This hasn't been a problem until patch 10.4.31. One problem after another with this patch. It's been a major headache; this needs to be fixed.

I am having the exact same problem with the online league that I run. I cannot add a new manager. When I hit the button to create a new human manager and scroll over the MLB teams, it shows that there are none available when clearly there are at least 4 or 5 teams that are open right now in my league.

It then tells me the game has stopped working and must shut down. Help on fixing this matter ASAP so I can get our new manager would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried to replicate this problem in the past when people have mentioned it but have never been able to. Do either of you have a league file available that I can test with? I'd be happy to try to see if I can figure out what might be happening, or try to reproduce it.
