Courtesy seems an ironic word for you to use, given your own personal tone.

How about starting with some basics? What's your league, what is the exact nature of the problem they are experiencing? Who's your commish? Has he posted the clear and precise nature of the problem? Where are the posts located? You don't have any aside from this one, so you've actually been no help at all, unless you have honest, straightforward answers to these questions.

There'll be more questions after these, so if you're not prepared to have a discussion - that is, you clearly define your problem - then "look into it" before your next post.

Yeah, this isn't going to get you very far. You do realize that most of the help comes from volunteers. Why would I want to spend my own time helping you if you tell me I suck?

I'm not talking about you guys. I'm talking about the people that make the game. Look at all the posts over the last few days with zero responses about leagues being stalled because they can't upload files. I guess the statement that this would be the last patch and that they are already working on OOTP 11 also applied to their company support in the forums.

I'm willing to try to assist in helping troubleshoot the issue, but I need more information.

What is the problem you are having? Online league not working is pretty vague and difficult to troubleshoot.

If you can provide as much information as possible regarding the error, I can try to see if I can help identify the problem. Keep in mind though that I am not an OOTP employee, just someone trying to help you out.
