New patch won't install on Windows 7

I just installed OOTP 10 on Windows 7 and everything works fine. However, after downloading the patch and running it, the Install button is greyed out. I tried running the patch under the Administrator context as well as creating shortcuts to the patch using XP compatability mode. Nothing worked.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, how to get it fixed?

I was at the exact same spot as OP until I noticed I was trying to patch OOTPX that was running.

Double check OOTP isn't running, I guess.
