Post patch: Development changes.

I posted this in the feedback thread in general but realized this would be the correct place.

I am seeing talent changes no the development page for players on my team but they are not reflecting in game.

Example I had a SP get a talent increase in movement from 5-7 but if you look at his profile in game, his talent is still at 5 & not 7.

Also seeing position players getting development changes in pitching rating.

Player Report for #24 Jared Blanchard Check the development link in there to see then look at his actual rating.

Talent changes in pitching Clark Bowers, he is a catcher.

Pitcher supposed to get a slider increase from 2 to 3. Listed at 2 still. John Brewer

Have you gone forward a day yet to see if these are reflected? I'm seeing, perhaps incorrectly, everything reported the same day.

You did not say if you have scouting on. If you do, try this experiment: Turn scouting off, then turn it on. This forces the scouts to re-rate everyone. You may find that things line up correctly then. Or not.

My report/profile ratings match, but I haven't been looking at this recently to see if and when they may be getting out of sync, so I'm just proposing something for you to look at. Keep in mind that, with scouting on, neither of these reports tell you for certain what ratings are actually being used by the game engine. The only way for you know what that is, is to look at the real ratings in the Editor for each player.

If you have scouting off, then you have a more complicated issue. You would have to look at the players real ratings (in the Editor) to see which is more accurate: the development report or the profile. You also might have stumbled onto some sort of bug.

I had the same rating problems with the USBA. Getch just posted a patch to his utilities as well. He said that Markus changed something with the csv files, so he had to patch the utilties. I'd saying patching the utils will fix the problem.
