New GABA seeking owners

Due to a file corruption when GABA was using OOTP9, the league has decided to restart using OOTPX and the 2009 MLB rosters. We lost owners due to the conversion so we have openings for anyone interested in joining. We were in the middle of our second season when we experienced the file corruption.

The league reports on the website are updated with the OOTPX reports. We have scouts turned on so the ratings on the player pages are the OSA scout ratings. The website so you can look around is:

Basic Setup
* Financials are enabled.
* Scouts are on, Coaches are off.
* DH is on in the American League.
* Simulate Minors is enabled.
* Injuries set to low.
* Ability Ratings are set to 1-20 scale.
* Talent Ratings are set to 1-20 scale.
* Other Ratings are set to 1-20 scale.
* Scouts Ratings are set to 1-20 scale.
* Star rating system is enabled.
* 40-man Roster Rule: Enabled.
* Waivers: Enabled.
* Waiver Period: 15.
* Minor League Option Years: Enabled.
* Rule 5 Draft: Enabled.
* Salary Arbitration: Enabled.
* Minor League Free Agents: Enabled.

Financial Setup
* Salary Cap: None.
* Salary Minimum Cap: None.
* Team Cash Maximum: $10,000,000.
* Minimum Player Salary: $400,000.
* Revenue Sharing: Luxury Tax
* Soft Cap (% of average payroll): 20%
* Average Media Contract: $34,783,500
* Media Contract Fixed: No, based on team market size

Misc. Setup
* Playoff Mode: Division winners plus wildcard(s) qualify.
* Allow trading of recently drafted players: Yes
* Allow draft pick trading: No
* Amateur Draft: June 15, 30 rounds, 5 by owner.

Simulation Schedule
Sims will be run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays @ 7pm MST/9pm EST with each sim spanning 7 days of league time. Lineups should be submitted via ftp to server 1 hour prior to the above sim times.

We are using the StatsLab Utilities.

I am in the league...he is an awesome commish!!! Always on time and if something did come up. He always had an e-mail in your box on the status on what was going on. I just hope we can get a few more good gms to go with the great core thats returning from the previous GABA.
