Problems with "Mail" on OOTP10

everytime i click on the mail button on the lower left hand portion of the screen, the program shuts down and turns off. also, when you make a trade or do something that has a pop up that says "you have received a personal message" when you click ok it shuts down. basically anytime i click on the mail function, nothing works and the whole program shuts down.

i have tried to un-install the program and re-install the program, with no luck. i've also restored my computer to a point before i downloaded OOTP10 and then re-installed the program from the website and re-did the license verification...again, no luck.

any help from anyone? thanks!

That's odd. Could you post your computer's specifications? Operating system, hardware (disk space, RAM, processor, etc) and make are particularly important.
