100 team 144 game schedule request

I have a League of 100 teams, 50 teams per subleague with 5 divisions each of 10 teams.

subleague 1
10
10
10
10
10

subleague 2
10
10
10
10
10

What I'm looking for is a 144 game season where each team will play two teams from each division 4 times (2 home 2 away). I believe the math makes that a total of 72 games. Then each team will play the remaining nine teams in their division 8 times (4 home 4 away). This also equals 72. I would like it set up as the 72 Non-division the first half of the season, with and all-star break (5 days w/ game on day 3), followed by the final 72 games.

Thanks.

I'm not sure if the game can work with a five day all-star break or not. If it can't a typical three day would be fine.
