Facegen Not Working After a Restore from Backup

I just noticed that my facegen has stoped working and will no longer generate player pictures for new draftees and players who change teams. I go to the Picture Options tab and all of the options are greyed out with the message that Fagegen not initialized. Is there some way to turn it back on?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you go to the OOTP Preferences screen from within the game is the Facegen option turned on there?

Yes it is. But now I managed to get the Facegen back to on. But it will not generate any player pictures. I just finished the First Year Player draft and no one had any photos. When I drafted them and they were assigned to the GCL Blue Jays all that shows up in the picturs spot is the GCL Blue Jays logo.

I got the problem fixed. I was running Civilization 3 at the same time and it changed the resolution of the screen. Once I closed and restarted OOTP X with the proper resolution it fixed the problem so this thread can be deleted.
