Different-sized logos

The game now uses various different sizes of logos in different places. One advantage of this is that the logos aren't distorted, like they were when one single size of logo was resized without being resampled.

Another advantage of the different logo sizes should be that I can use more than one logo for each team. One logo can be the mascot, another could be the cap logo, etc. But within-game, there's no place to manually insert more than one logo design for a team.

I suppose that we're just going to have to look at all the reports and pages and figure out for ourselves what sizes of logos are used in different places, and just replace those particular logos in the game's folder?

For example, I notice that on the league's "Scores" report section, the game uses 40×40 logos next to the team names on the line scores. Having such a small logo obscures details, so that would be a good place for a simple initials logo, like off of a cap.
